From a tender age of four, Michael embarked on his lifelong journey as an outdoors enthusiast, instilled with a deep passion for the natural world by his father. Their shared fishing & hunting escapades cast the first lines of his remarkable story.
At the age of 15, Michael's uncle, George Grove, presented him with a recurve bow, sparking the ignition of his archery career. This gift became the gateway to a life filled with the pursuit of excellence in bowhunting.

Bruce has deep experience in designing, building, and supporting advanced IT solutions for a variety of clients as the founder/partner of Virtusoft Solutions.
His areas of focus include multiple business applications, eCommerce, and related web-based technologies and his past body of work includes, Live Nation, Industrial Recovery Services, Stoudt Advisors, Synergic Industry Relationships, PWI Incorporated, and Biermann Services Inc.. In addition to directly applying his own technological expertise, Bruce fosters a team approach with the employee and service provider relationships that he manages.
Bruce's degrees in information and instructional technology have enabled him to architect the right solutions to meet all of our client business needs and integrate enhancements to platforms and data systems as technologies evolve.
Jesse Lapp, a native of Northern York County, PA, brings a dynamic and creative touch to the world of video production and editing as the Head of Video Production at Sunken Treasure Design. Born with an innate passion for storytelling through visuals, Jesse has been an integral part of the team since 2011, shaping the company's visual identity and elevating its video content to new heights.
